Vocational Training enables individuals to combine employment and training, enabling them to attain a nationally recognised qualification. Achieved in approximately 12 months, candidates will be assigned a dedicated YouTrain trainer/assessor who they will meet on a regular basis within their workplace. Candidates proceed through the award by building a portfolio of work based evidence, which demonstrates their competence and ability.
